Universal completes all Phase I environmental studies to the new standards and has also completed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) with numerous client-specific requirements added. When a Phase I determines that "recognized environmental conditions" exist on the subject property, a Phase II investigation will be recommended.
