Los Angeles, CA (prHWY.com) March 1, 2013 - In the last post, I have mentioned about the importance of two factors of keeping balance and speed in surfing. These two factors are obvious the two most important decisive elements to make your surfing good or bad. However, in surfing there are a lot of other important and crucial factors that I will mention them in the post today. Certainly, these good things are very useful for new beginners of surfers. In my opinion, they might be considered as a guideline for new surfer to improve their surfing skills and advance further to be able to surf better in a near future without spending too much time at first to find out which is the best way to proceed. Here are the two main other factors that I suggest you should strictly follow. They are the position of surfers on the board and the ability to respond quickly while you are surfing.

The position of human body on the paddleboard is also very important. In other words, the gravity of body can decide the way you surf. In this sense, the most important thing you should do is to put your body weigh over the string board and lower your body when you make a jump up. This is very important because if you can put your gravity closer to the stand up paddleboard, you will find it easier to control your sup surfboard and surf. Furthermore, this also enables you to keep balance better.

A good understanding about spatial and kinetic issues is also an important affect on your surfing. This is because if the fact that surfing like many other sports is always moving and changing in a wide area of space and proceeding acts on the air as well. Furthermore, as I have said in many other posts when surfing you should look everything around you closely in order to avoid hit, crash or prevent other surfers around you, therefore, spatial and kinetic understanding will help you a lot to do so. As a result, when you are able to know and comprehend what is going on around you, you can be able to surf better and avoid bad acts happen to you. In terms of this, exercising and practicing to challenge as many obstacles and variables as possible is the thing you should do to enhance your ability of response.
