Seattle SEO Company Sets Out to Create First Ever Hall of Fame

Hall of Fames are something that are typically reserved for record breaking sports figures and history making individuals, but if a man in eastern Washington has his own way there could be a SEO Hall of Fame soon.

Jason Sanders is trying to create a SEO Hall of Fame that would open the world's eyes to this marketing technique.

"There are hall of fames for almost everything out there", said Jason Sanders. "There are hall of fames for eating a lot of food or doing some weird trick. I thought it would be cool to make a hall of fame dedicated to SEO and the companies that have paved the way for current and future SEO techniques."

SEO is a common technological technique that is used by companies and website owners to help get their websites to the top of search engine rankings. It is often believed that the higher the rank of the website the more visitors that will visit the website. More visitors usually can mean more revenue, which is why many websites engage in this practice.

Over the years the techniques used by Seattle SEO companies has really changed. It is Jason Sanders' goal to create a space that would be dedicated to these changes and the companies that have made this possible.

"I think this would be an opportunity for me to tip my hat to the companies that have made this technique so extremely popular", said Sanders. "If you think about it 10 years ago only about 15% of websites and companies engaged in SEO practices. Now that number is closer to 80%. That's a big jump."

Jason Sanders hopes that by creating a SEO Hall of Fame he would be able to honor those who came before him in the industry, while educating individuals on what exactly SEO is and what it does. The Hall of Fame would feature displays that outline the history of SEO, display items such as the first computers used for SEO and really talk about what it is and how it helps.

"There are still so many people who are clueless about what SEO is", said Sanders. "I really think this hall of fame could help educate people. We will have hands-on exhibits that people can interact with and displays that show companies that invented this practice. It could be a lot of fun, especially if you are a tech-geek like me."
