IMW-20's automatic page feeder function handles up to 50 documents at a time and can scan up to 2000 pages per day. Incoming mail can be quickly and effectively opened by using a letter opener. These important documents can then be easily shared internally as the IMW-20 can send, control and store all documents and provide an easily accessible history. Mail, invoices and other documents are distributed faster internally as scanned documents are sent to the virtual mailbox of internal recipients. The IMW-20's network capability allows remote groups, agencies, warehouses or regional offices to be included.

Cut storage costs The IMW-20 electronic document management system reduces the need for physical storage requirements, its 1000GB disk storage stores millions of documents thus avoiding the expense of external storage and document retrieval costs.
