AMT Group Acquire Shares of App Enterprise, Vodlo

Australian Telcommunications Leader, The AMT Group acquires 25% of shares in a promising business endeavour with a new app company Vodlo.

Sydney, Australia (prHWY.com) October 8, 2012 - Sydney, Australia, October 08, 2012 -- Home based app development enterprise, Vodlo have, this month, announced their successful collaboration with Australia's leading Telecommunication Company, The AMT Group.

In a promising move, AMT acquired 25% of shares of the company, founded in 2012. Vodlo is a young and fresh company taking the app world by storm, creating apps such as SkyLoud, StoreLink and MakeSomeTime with more to come.

Adrian James, Commercial Manager at The AMT Group was pleased to have Vodlo exceed his expectations and said: "Vodlo helped develop a state of the art digital contract app 'Store link' which is used to sign contract digitally. This app was complimented by 'SkyLoud' used to store contracts and related analytical information. It is a market first and saves up to 2.3 million pages of paper every year. These apps also happen to be more secure than paper with 2048 bit encryptions. Vodlo helped revolutionise the business process into a software development."

The two apps created by Vodlo for the AMT Group are the first of its kind in Australia, surpassing all other local developers.

The 25% share acquisition from the AMT Group, combined with the partnership with Allphones may formulate a strategic alliance for the group, allowing the creation of a unique and unseen app store concept. This concept would see Vodlo having a strategic position in the telco sector.
