European markets were up with FTSE
up by 12.92 pts at 5905.00 ,CAC up by
16.49 pts 3606.99 and DAX up by 76.02
pts at 7530.57
Dow future up by 14.00 pts at 13038.00

Market Analysis
Key benchmark indices surged in late trade after Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati said that
BSP will vote in favour of the government during retail FDI vote in the Rajya Sabha. The barometer
index, BSE Sensex, hit its highest level in more than 19 months. Gains in European stocks also aided
intraday rebound on the domestic bourses in late trade.
 The BSE Sensex was up 113.16 points or 0.58% to 19,505.02.
 The S&P CNX Nifty was up 37.90 points or 0.64% to 5,938.40.
 From the 30-share Sensex pack, 23 stocks rose while the rest of them fell.
 Realty stocks extended recent gains. DLF (up 1.71%), HDIL (up 0.72%), Indiabulls Real Estate (up
1.47%), Unitech (up 4.80%), Orbit Corporation (up 1.65%), and DB Realty (up 2.10%) edged higher.
Pantaloon Retail (India) gained 0.36% to Rs 238.70. The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 252 in
intraday trade today, 6 December 2012. Index heavyweight and cigarette maker ITC rose 0.67% to Rs
300.05. The stock hit record high of Rs 302 in intraday trade today, 6 December 2012.
