The company recently acquired several larger projects in Barbados, Curacao and the Bahamas and will now begin work to design and renovate parts of the buildings to ensure they meet the demands of vacationers.

Spectrum Purchasing, Inc. acquired The House in Barbardos, a boutique hotel of 34 rooms and suites as well as the Hilton in Curacao, a 196-room hotel. They also acquired the Colony Club Resort in Barbados, where they will work on the restaurant, Island Lounge, pool deck, pool bar and beach area. In the Bahamas, Spectrum Purchasing, Inc. acquired the British Colonial Hilton, where they will work specifically on the outdoor garden, beach deck, pool deck, boardrooms, catering office and meeting room spaces.
