Featuring "Beach Bunny" and "Bluegrass at the Beach" Designs by NC Artists

Corsa's one-of-a-kind "Beach Bunny" will be for sale at the OBX Outfitters vendor booth, as will two fun, outdoorsy designs by Davis, including his apropo "Bluegrass at the Beach".

"Beach Bunny" reflects Corsa's passion for art and nature, the combination giving birth to vivid watercolors portraying both fauna and flora. The Kill Devil Hills resident paints what she knows best, and the appeal of her work stems from a keen eye for accuracy and detail with a balanced composition. Favorite subjects include insects, birds and other small creatures that cross her path and make their home at The Crooked Little House as well as favorite haunts on the Outer Banks. Davis splits time between drawing and painting and teaching art history to high school students, having developed a passion for the latter while earning a BS in Art Education from Appalachian State University. Working in fine art, drawings and watercolors, and graphic design, he continues to pursue his goal as an artist to learn and grow as a painter and maker. The inaugural Outer Banks Bluegrass Festival features 17 bands, with gates opening at 10 a.m on Friday and Saturday at Festival Park.
