'Yatzius Rex' is a take on the dice game Yahtzee.

The creators family, the Bording's, have been playing it ever since. Now it is something they can finally share with the world and others can enjoy as it has been turned into an iOS game.
'Yatzius Rex' is a take on the dice game Yahtzee. You must roll five dice up to three times in one turn in an attempt to score a combination. Various combinations such as; a pair, three of a kind, four of a kind, full house, and Yahtzee can be scored.
After each roll out of three you can choose to hold back some dice and continue to roll the remaining ones. This gives you a great opportunity to try to get the combinations you need, and harder combinations such as a straight.
Getting a top score is never going to be easy, as you must record a score after you third roll and then start over trying for a different combination. 'Yatzius Rex' offers a total of 15 different combinations for you to try and score.
There are also 5 rows on the scoreboard in which you can record your score. These rows all have a slightly different use and add a different bonus to your score when you complete the set. When you have placed a score in every field the game is over and you will be given your final score. The highest score to date and the one to beat is 4620.
Bording Software ApS have created a highly addictive and very entertaining game. The styling used makes the game look and feel really good, it plays well and rolling the dice to try for a combination is a great feeling. 'Yatzius Rex' can be played solo or as a group, offering fun and excitement as you go for the top score.
