* Pepper witnesses profit booking ending lower by more than 2%.
* Dhaniya surges to hit upper circuit on estimates of fall in production.
Dhaniya closed at 4% upper ceiling amid reports of possible damage to crops due to cold waves in North India leading to decrease in production estimates in near term. Cardamom witnessed a sharp rally towards the end of the session as traders bought the commodity at attractive levels. RM Seed consolidates to end virtually flat.
