Michael Pfeifer Among Panelist at ACI's 10th National Forum

Santa Rosa, CA (prHWY.com) January 17, 2013 - Michael Pfeifer of Smith Dollar PC will appear with other industry professionals on a panel entitled "Focus on Residential Mortgage Litigation in the State of California" at ACI's 10th National Forum on Residential Mortgage Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement at the Marriott Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco.

Mr. Pfeifer has over 35 years of experience representing clients in the financial services industry, with particular emphasis on lender liability defense, financial fraud investigation and recovery, regulatory compliance, and creditor representation in bankruptcy. He is currently General Counsel, a member of the Board of Directors, and the Chair of the Quality Assurance Committee for the California Mortgage Bankers Association.
