Ibanez JS100
The Ibanez JS100 electric guitar is the lowest cost guitar designed by Joe Satriani and manufactured by Ibanez.

It features a lighter weight basswood body that contours to your hip and is more comfortable to hold especially for longer periods of time. Basswood is a lightweight wood that has a good balance between low, middle, and high tones. The sound character of basswood is right in-between Alder and Mahogany in sound character. The upper cutaway allows complete access to the upper frets on the neck.
The 25.5" scale neck is made of maple and has 22 medium jumbo frets and a rosewood fingerboard. The rosewood fretboard gives the guitar a brighter sound besides making it more attractive. It's just like Joe's favorite guitar's neck down to the pearl dot inlays. This neck is somewhat more round than other necks and has a 12" radius that's great for playing chords and bending strings in the upper fret area.
The two Ibanez Axis humbucker pickups and a 3-way selector switch that have a full clear and solid sound. The double locking tremolo system stays in tune no matter how hard you play it. Its one of the great things about the Ibanez JS series guitars.
