XLRI had earlier decided to declare XAT 2013 results on January 31. But as the computing of the results were done within two weeks of the examination, the authorities decided to declare the results earlier to give candidates more time for admissions, sources said.

According to http://www.xlri.ac.in/scripts/admprocess.php, the overall cut-offs for human resources management (HRM) is 92 percentile. Sectional cut off are 85 percentile in EL, 80 percentile in DM, and 70 percentile in QA. For the HRM program, 1,215 applicants have been shortlisted for group discussion and personal interview.

For Business Management Programme, 951 applicants have been shortlisted for GD and PI. The overall cut off is 95 percentile. The sectional cut offs are: 80 percentile in EL, 80 percentile in DM, and 90 percentile in QA.
