Recommended Skin Care Methods and Plastic Surgery Options for Oily Skin
Oily skin is one of the most common problem people faces. It's not exclusive to teenagers too because even adults have to deal with greasy faces as well.

When one's genes cause oily skin, there's not much you can do about it except learn to cope and remedy your condition on a daily basis. Develop hygiene, grooming, and skin care habits that counters the constant oiliness of your skin, such as:
-Use a facial cleanser that's specially formulated for oily skin. Wash your face in the morning before leaving the house, but no longer for the rest of the day. Excessive washing will only make matters worse.
-In the evening you can use facial scrub cleanser for microdermabrasion. This will remove the accumulated oil, dirt, and dead skin cells, and promote skin rejuvenation to boot. Don't rub too hard or too long though, just enough to make you feel clean and refreshed.
-Don't put on too much hair gel or oil-based mousse because at the end of the day it will run down your scalp and onto your forehead, making it shiny and glossy with oil.
-Don't use too much moisturizer because this will also make skin oiliness worse. You do still need it because oily skin doesn't necessarily mean well-hydrated skin. Just go easy on the moisturizer.
Skin care for oily skin is not limited to direct application of skin products. Your diet can also be a factor for oily skin. Eating lots of fatty food is one example. For some people, certain foods like peanuts give them acne breakouts in addition to getting oilier skin. Of course, this is already a matter of allergies and must be countered with antihistamines if accompanied by other serious side effects.
There are also other items that will be very useful in daytime, especially since constant washing (no matter how much you'd want to have freshly-washed face all the time!) is already out of the question. You can buy packets of oil absorbing sheets and use them to wipe off the oil from your face. They absorb skin oil better than tissues, plus they don't tear that easily. Girls can also use pressed powder to keep the shine off their foreheads. If men aren't averse to bringing a bit of baby powder, they can use the same thing as well.
For those who want a more permanent solution, they can always consult a dermatologist or have an appointment at a skin centre and get really good skin care product recommendations. Plastic surgeons also have two other solutions for very oily skin: take medication for it, specifically the Accutane drug, which actively slows down the skin's oil production. Skin laser or CO2 laser treatments may also help, but even plastic surgeons themselves are not very confident about its long-term effectiveness.
