Naperville, IL (prHWY.com) January 24, 2013 - Kevin V. Cato is proud to announce that he has been working for 29 years. He has successfully advanced his career throughout the years and has always moved into more complicated and demanding positions throughout his career.

Kevin V. Cato started his career working as a third shift pre-load manager at UPS in Tennessee. After earning his engineering degree, he was hired by the well-respected Honda Corporation to work in their Engine Plant in Anna Ohio.

At Honda, Kevin V. Cato won the Engineer of the Year contest early in his time with the company. He designed and patented a "torque checker" device, which eliminated the need for manual inspections of rotor hub assemblies, improving the efficiency of the engine plant. While at Honda, Kevin V. Cato worked in the engineering staff, as an Engineering coordinator, an Equipment Service Coordinator, and as Assistant Manager of Suspension Assembly. He also developed a total preventative maintenance program in his 7 years with Honda.

Working with Danaher Corporation was the next area where Kevin V. Cato was met with success. He began work with Danaher in 1995 and remained there until 2004. In his nine years with Danaher, Kevin V. Cato worked in a variety of capacities, mostly in management. He worked as a manufacturing manager, the Marketing Manager of Asian and European Business, Operations Manager, and as the DBS Corporate Manager to develop the Danaher Business Systems.

Kevin V. Cato worked for one year at Honeywell before he reached his current position at Caterpillar. With Caterpillar, Kevin V. Cato is applying all of his skills from his successful career to serve as the Director of Supplier Development.
