Chana showed a bearish trend as speculators booked profits after recent gains, expected new season arrivals from parts of southern India.

* Castor Seed witnessed sharp fall and closed with loss of 3.8%.
* Cardamom remains volatile & closed with marginal gains of 0.7%.
* Pepper continues its major trend & down by 2.3% after a short recovery.

Chana showed a bearish trend as speculators booked profits after recent gains, expected new season arrivals from parts of southern India. Turmeric remains weak & breached its support level in today's session, closed with loss of 2.5% on weak demand in spot market. Mentha Oil loses near to 3% on selling pressure at small gain.
