Over the years, he has helped many students in enhancing their performance and successfully overcome their weaknesses. His coaching experiences include working as the Head baseball coach at Emporia High in Emporia KS from 1996-1998. He was Assistant football coach at Garden City High School from 1998-1999 and also from 2002-2007 he was the Head Baseball coach. From 2008-2011, Brad was Head baseball coach at Holcomb.

Brad Bascue graduated from Garden City High School in 1985. He played baseball at Garden City Community College in 1986 and 1987 while graduating with an Associate's degree. To pursue his studies, he went to Emporia state University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education. He was a second team All American in 1989. He has completed fifteen hours towards his Masters in Educational Leadership.
