ALBUS ATRUM' 2013- Clicking to Fame and Glory
A picture speaks louder than thousand words? Well maybe more than ten thousand words if it happens to be the exhibition of the highly talented bunch of students from the Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Photography.

Patangrao Kadam, Honourable Cabinet Minister, Government of Maharashtra, along with Boman Irani, Niranjan Hiranandani, Avinash Govariker, Kalpana Shah and Vishwajeet Kadam did the honours for this spectacular exhibition that comprised of nearly hundred and twenty works of twelve students of the first batch of the Bharati Vidyapeeth Institute of Photography. Subhash Awchat was among the early birds. Divya Palat and Aditya Hitkari also spent quality time at this exhibition. Vikas Parak won the first prize for his meticulous effort followed by Sampada Patil who was a close second.
Boman Irani fondly recollected his days as a budding photographer and observed that the students of Bharati Vidyapeeth were indeed fortunate and blessed to have access to the best equipment along with with a world class faculty to guide them. Rajan Chaughule, Director of Bharati Vidyapeeth and Rajashri Rajashekhar and Bharat Birangi, core team members, were all smiles as their students were applauded by the packed gathering at Tao Art Gallery. Milind Soman came in late and had a good dekko at the various works .Pinkey Ahluwalia, Belgian vice consul was highly impressed by the efforts of the young students.
