* Chana remains weak on higher imports and improved crop prospects.
* Jeera and turmeric decline close to 2% each due to adequate supply.
* Castor Seed continues to show volatile movements closing in red territory.

Cardamom witnessed a sharp fall of more than 2% erasing entire gains of the last session on fresh arrivals of stock in the domestic markets. Soybean witnesses profit booking after a continuous gain of six trading sessions closing with minimal loss. Chana declines for fourth consecutive day on higher production concerns and rise in imports.
