Phenix City, AK (prHWY.com) February 6, 2013 - It is easy to get wrapped up in a career and lose track of what's really important at the end of the day - family. Tyrone Leman Adams is one of those individuals who can balance both family life and academic life very well, though it can be challenging at times.

Of course, being able to balance work and family is not always easy. In fact, Tyrone Leman Adams has been divorced since 2009. While some people might believe that a divorce is indicative of a failing, Tyrone Leman Adams couldn't disagree more. "Sometimes people just grow apart," Tyrone Leman Adams is quoted as saying. "Just because some relationships can last for years doesn't mean that any relationship that ends before 'death do us part' should be considered a holistic loss."

And in fact, the main reasons why Tyrone Leman Adams considers his ended marriage to be a success are in his son and his daughter. While the marriage has ended, Tyrone Leman Adams' relationship with his children is stronger than ever. His daughter's name is Cecilia Violeta, and she is eleven years old. He also has an older son by the name of Alexander Frederick. "They truly are the light in my life," Tyrone Leman Adams says when asked about his children. "It is true what they say - life changes dramatically once you have kids. Namely, you can't remember how you ever got by without them!"

Tyrone Leman Adams is a busy professional who has membership in many different communications societies. He also spends a lot of time traveling abroad - in the fall of 2012, he found himself working in Italy. He has also spent time in Kazahkstan, and while living abroad is exciting, sometimes Tyrone Leman Adams finds it hard to be so far away from his children. Despite this, he always makes time to be with them when he can. He considers his dedication to his children key to their continued good relationships even after the divorce. "It's always important to make very sure that you put the kids first," Tyrone Leman Adams says when asked how to work with kids through a separation. "Make them very aware that the ending of the relationship is not their fault, and then let them know that they are the most important thing. Of course, you'll also need to back up your words with actions!"
