High Mountain Release New Training Manual

Regardless of how small or large a company is, it is vital that a training manual be given to every employee. It ensures that employees have a fixed guideline about how to work and how to handle various situations.

Ogden, UT (prHWY.com) February 7, 2013 - Every company is required to give every new employee a training manual. Employees are expected to read these manuals and adhere to the values and guidelines written within. Recently, High Mountain released a brand new training manual not only for the new employees, but for all of its employees. They hope to improve and expand the dynamics of their current and all future employees.
The president of High Mountain was questioned on the reasons behind the release of the new manual. The president stated, "It is vital that our employees know how to deal with a variety of customers. The simple fact is that customers have changed over the past decade. Their needs are different, their knowledge base has changed, and so has their budget."

The president further stated, "In order to facilitate every different type of customer, our employees must know how to deal with them. Hence, a revised and up-to-date training manual was established. This ensures that employees are able to keep up with the ever-changing demands of our valuable customers".

A senior employee was asked to provide their thoughts on the new manual. The senior employee stated, "I find this manual rather refreshing. There are a lot of things stated in this book which I have not encountered but now know how to deal with. Furthermore, I have been in situations where things could have gone better. This manual actually has that type of situation. As a result, I now know where I was wrong and how I could have handled the situation better."
