Seattle, WA (prHWY.com) February 12, 2013 - Thomas Wilder's high school class was always considered unique. Every student in the class of 200 students had a huge interest in computers. This interest in computers didn't seem to die down when the students graduated and it carried over into their adult years.

When planning for the upcoming 20year class reunion for his class Thomas Wilder decided to make it a unique and memorable one. He decided that all people who attended would be required to communicate via computer.

"We had such a huge interest in computers", explained Thomas Wilder. "I thought we could do something fun at our class reunion and have it so that we only communicated with our computers."

All attendees of the class reunion will be given a laptop or given the option to use their own. They will then be instructed to download a specialized application that allows them to talk to each other by instant messaging.

"We will be typing and talking and catching up", said Wilder. "It really is unique and fun. I know it might seem anti-social to some people, but this style class reunion is so typical of our class. We just loved computers and anything to do with them."

The idea for the all computer communication class reunion came to Wilder over a poker game. He and some of his former classmates were discussing the upcoming reunion and traded ideas on how to make it better and more fun. That was when the communicating with computers came up.

"At first we thought it would never fly", said Wilder. "I thought that a lot of the students would find it dumb or stupid, but surprisingly everyone embraced this idea. In fact, some of the people even told us they thought it was really unique and fun."

The all computer communication class reunion also provides former students who are unable to attend the reunion a chance to catch up with their old friends. The application will be available for download a week before the event and people can log in from anywhere during the scheduled class reunion.

"This allows people who can't afford to travel back to our city a chance to catch up with everyone", said Wilder. "People will be logging in from overseas, from different states, and even from home. It really will be something to remember. Honestly, I think only a true computer geek could understand just how cool this idea really is."
