Las Vegas, NV (prHWY.com) February 13, 2013 - The City of Las Vegas has begun replacing all high pressure sodium street lights with more energy efficient LED lamps that have both longer service life, use 65% less electricity, and are even brighter than the HPS lights were.

Now, similar lighting can be installed by the electricians at Synergy. LED strip lights, LED bulbs, compact fluorescent lights (CFL), and linear fluorescent (tube) bulbs are all in stock. And all but the tube variety can also be had in dimmable versions so that customers can have as much or as little light as they want.

These new lighting systems will provide the same level if not brighter and more natural light, but can do so at a substantial savings on energy bills. Yes, they do cost more than comparable incandescent lights, but when the longer service life and lower energy costs are factored in, they will eventually pay for themselves.
