Chanda Kochhar was born in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. She completed her schooling from St. Angela Sophia School, Jaipur. Later she joined Jai Hind College for a Bachelor of Arts degree. After graduating, she pursued cost accountancy. Later, she acquired the master's degree in management studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.

Ms Kochhar is a member of the Prime Minister's Council on Trade & Industry, US-India CEO Forum, executive board of the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, member of the board of governors of the Indian Council for Research on International Economic Relations (ICRIER) and a member of the managing committee of the Indian Banks Association. she was ranked 11th by Financial Times in the Top 50 Women in World Business, while CNBC TV18 honoured her with the Outstanding Woman Business Leader of the Year award.

*Tiger Tyagrajan - President and CEO, Genpact

Tiger has a degree in mechanical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, and an MBA, majoring in Finance and Marketing, from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Tiger rejoined Genpact in February 2005 as Executive Vice President, Sales, Marketing and M&A, was promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer in 2009 and was named President and CEO in June 2011.

Key Achievements:

Tiger is credited as one of the pioneers who transformed Genpact (formerly GE Capital International Services) into a high-end business process and technology management company. In 1999 he became CEO of GE Capital International Services, significantly expanding its service offerings and operations. In 2002, he transferred within GE to the Global Commercial Lending Businesses in the U.S. as Global Head of Six Sigma and Global Operations.

*Deep Kalra - CEO, MakeMyTrip

Deep Kalra was born in Hyderabad and grew up in Delhi and Ahmedabad. Mr Kalra has a bachelor degree in economics from St Stephen's College, Delhi University, and a master degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Deep Kalra co-founded MakeMyTrip (India) Pvt Ltd, the country's most successful online travel company, in April 2000, and serves as its chief executive officer and chairman. Mr Kalra has more than 18 years of experience in e-commerce, sales, corporate finance and financial analysis.

Key Achievements:

Mr Kalra serves as a director of Travogue Electronic Travel Private Limited, International Web Travel Private Limited, IndiaMART InterMESH Limited and MakeMyTrip (India) Pvt.Ltd. He has been an independent director at One97 Communications Limited since January 15, 2010. He chairs the Internet working group of the National Association of Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM) in India and is also a member of the executive council of NASSCOM in India. Mr Kalra is a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) and sits on its board.

*Prasoon Joshi - CEO, McCann India

Prasoon Joshi was born in Almora, Uttarakhand. Prasoon did his BSc and post graduation in physics. He pursued an MBA from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
Prasoon Joshi, executive chairman and CEO, McCann Worldgroup India, and president, South Asia, is one of the few creative directors in India whose excellence has been celebrated on a global stage.

Key Achievements:

Prasoon Joshi has received ABBY award for the best copywriter and the best advertisement campaign in 2002, Cannes Lion Award in Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival for the Thanda Matlab Coca-Cola campaign in 2003, and the award for the No 1 creative director in Asia-Pacific by Media magazine in 2007. He won the Star Screen Award for the best lyricist of Hum Tum in 2005, Filmfare Best Lyricist Award for Fanaa in 2007, National Film Award for the best lyrics for Taare Zameen Par in 2008, and IRDS Film award as the best lyricist for social concern for 'Mauka' in Aarakshan in 2012.
