Aluminium futures trade higher on overseas Cues.
Aluminium prices traded higher by 0.35 per cent to Rs 114.05 per kg in futures trading as speculators enlarged their positions in tandem with a firming global trend.At the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in February traded higher by 40 paise, or 0.35 per cent in business turnover of 1722 lots.
Gold falls to six month-low, silver too slumps.
Gold prices dropped sharply to hover near six--month low at the bullion market on Friday on persistent sell--off from stockists and investors triggered by a fall in international markets. Silver also tanked to one--and--a--half month low and settled below Rs 58,000 per kg--level on heavy speculative selling pressure.
