Raphael Teams up with BB Grandslam
He has been coached by greats like Willie Banks, the former New York Yankees pitcher and Ronald Hayward, the former Cincinnati Reds Center Fielder. In addition to this, he has also played with the likes of Trevor Reckling
Cruz has had a great deal of previous experience playing baseball professionally in the Puerto Rico Doble A and the Aguadilla Tiburones Caribbean World Series. He began playing ball at St. Mary's High School as a four year Varsity Starter and went on to become NCAA Division II in Bloomfield College. He led the region in E.R.A. and was part of the second all county team.
Raphael Cruz also had the opportunity to coach the Roberto Clemente Little League, ages 10-16 and the Roberto Clemente tournament teams for 13-15 year olds.

Lemahieu (currently with the Colorado Rockies), Eric Diaz (formerly of the Kansas City Royals) and Lino Mariot (formerly of the Pittsburgh Pirates). Raphael Cruz has experience playing for Ed Ford, former New York Yankees scout and Alex Diaz, formerly of the Seattle Mariners.
The BB Grandslam Sporting Complex & Family Entertainment Center in New Jersey aims to develop young athletic talent and give both kids and adults an outlet for their energy. Playing sports not only develops better hand eye coordination, it also teaches teamwork and cooperation.
BB Grandslam employs trainers and coaches with great deals of professional and coaching experience in order to facilitate this process.
