Palm Beach County Events and Steele the Show PR have teamed up for a Pup Crawl by Night on Wednesday

The evening is an after-hours business mixer, but the organizers wanted to do something a little different this time.

West Palm Beach, FL (prHWY.com) February 26, 2013 - February 27 at the Leila Restaurant from 6-8 p.m. The evening is an after-hours business mixer, but the organizers wanted to do something a little different this time.

"People who have dogs as part of their family love to show their pooches off. This is a great chance for people to come together to discuss business and have their friendly pups, too." said PBC Events spokesman Elizabeth Varian. "We expect lots of new contacts to be made because pets are a real icebreaker."

"Business professionals are always looking for ways to make a connection to each other and make new contacts," said Laurie V. Steele, owner of Steele the Show PR. "I created Pup Crawl by Night to combine the two things people have a passion for the most - their business and their pets."

Pup Crawl by Night is $10 per person and includes one house drink and a sampling of items from Leila's award winning menu. Leila Restaurant is located at 120 S. Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach at the corner of Datura Street and Dixie Highway. Parking is available on the street at meters or in city parking lots.

The night will feature raffles, special pet watering stations, pet related businesses, and each attendee will take home a doggie bag filled with valuable coupons and treats.
