5 Things to do in February to obtain success

The greatest thing you can do is write out goals you want to obtain in a specific time period. I discussed this in last month's article but BE SPECIFIC and put numbers to your goals is: I want to contact 10 agents this week.

Manitou Springs, CO (prHWY.com) March 7, 2013 - The greatest thing you can do is write out goals you want to obtain in a specific time period. I discussed this in last month's article but BE SPECIFIC and put numbers to your goals is: I want to contact 10 agents this week. This will assist you obtaining your goals as well as drive you into success. Here are 5 things I do each month that assist with growing my business.

1) Contact 15 agents per week (email, snail mail, open house, call, office presentation etc)

2) Buddy up - Find a stager you can buddy with and cheer each other on and discuss your goals and if you were able to obtain them. Meet 2 times a month.

3) Educate - The easiest way to meet a potential client is to open yourself up for education. Remember you know more than the non-stagers out there so host a meeting once a month and open it up to the public.

4) Obtain coaching - There is not one successful person who did it on their own! They all had coaches just like sports teams have coaches to guide them to success. If you want success then get yourself a coach to talk out plans and actions to take with in your own business.

5) JUST DO IT.......Nike was right. There are so many excuses in life but when you JUST DO IT your set yourself up for success. Sure there are days I rather stay in bed or go to the ski hill but I don't do anything I want to do for "fun" until I've obtain my daily goals!
