Now when SEBI has finally allowed Algo trading SahajMoney, a premier company providing investment and trading opportunities to Indian investors have launched automated trading platform for the investors. Speaking on the occasion the spokesman of the company said that the platform is approved by the NSE and MCX and the investors can trade on it both in equities and commodities without any human interference.
Algorithmic trading is trading software that uses advanced and sophisticated algorithms and mathematical models to automate the transactions in the equity market. These programmes are designed to divide and break large transaction into smaller blocks so that it does not impact the pricing of the stocks and shares. The important feature of this automated platform is that the investor need not sit in front of the system to carry out the trade. The software takes care of all the related operations. Online trading and intraday trading both can be taken care of by the software. But this platform cannot be used for forex trading because RBI has still not allowed forex trading in India.
The spokesman of the company informed that at present Algo Auto Trader has been approved by the our partner broker Master Trust Trading System and the investor has to open an account with Master Trust to enable to trade with Algo System. Once the account has been opened the investor has to sign an authorization letter for auto trading. The spokesman said that more information in this regard can be had from the website of the partner broker.
To make it easy for the users the company has provided various options in the platform. One option is that after the investor gives his authorization the system itself does the trading on behalf of the investor. If the investor wants he can access his account anytime by using the login details provided to him. As another option a dealer terminal is installed at the premises of the investor and he can himself trade on the terminal. The spokesman said that if the investor wants he can also deposit Rs.5, 000 with the company and share 30 percent of the profits. When the investor wants to close the account his security deposit is refunded.
