Walking is one of the easiest activities that someone can do that can actually go a long way when it comes to being a healthy and physically fit person. Gladys Richardson loves living in south Florida because the weather in south Florida is almost always sunny and beautiful. When the weather is beautiful, walking outside becomes much, much more enjoyable. Gladys Richardson cannot imagine trying to walk outside in New York during the winter months. However, in south Florida, a walk outside in January or February is a completely common thing. By having great weather year round, Gladys Richardson and the other wonderful residents of south Florida are able to take walks outside pretty much every day of the year.
Walking can be a great exercise for people who are trying to stay physically fit. Taking a two-mile walk instead of sitting in bed or on the couch is a fantastic idea for someone who is trying to keep up with a very healthy lifestyle. Gladys Richardson recommends walking as an exercise to anyone who is attempting to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Walking keeps you moving and on your feet, which is exactly what you need to do if you want to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Gladys Richardson has been walking around south Florida regularly since she has been a student at Florida International University. While she was a student at the acclaimed Florida International University, Gladys Richardson found a group of people of enjoyed regularly going on long walks. By joining this group of people, Gladys Richardson found that she actually really enjoyed the act of walking for exercise.
