Male, Maldives (prHWY.com) March 18, 2013 - Velassaru Maldives recently released the Events Calendar for 2013 offering a wide selection of dinner events and world's special celebrations. Velassaru is excited to provide its guests more attractive and unforgettable moments during their Velassaru experience.



Velassaru already celebrated Russian Christmas on the beach and Chinese New Year featuring auspicious Chinese delights.



Velassaru will be taking its guests on extraordinary culinary journeys throughout the year. "Braai", traditional South African BBQ nights will be taking place in the months of March, June and September and will be offering the opportunity to discover delicious South African dishes and wines. In March and August extravagant seafood nights "Fruits De Mar" will be organized for all seafood lovers. To take the culinary experience to new heights Velassaru is thrilled to offer its guests intoxicating chocolate-infused cuisine with "Chocolate Affair" evening in March and by celebrating World's Chocolate day In September.



Special Masterclass cooking demonstrations will be held for all the guests interested in sharing and discovering new culinary secrets. Masterclasses will comprise of 'Maldivian Cuisine' in June, 'All things sweet' in July, 'Mixology' in August, 'Fine Dining' in September, 'Japanese Cuisine' in October, 'Single Maltes' in November and 'Festive delights' in December.



Velassaru will also offer a wide range of special dining experiences like "Belgian Mussels & Frites Week", "Beaujolais Festival" festival of fine French food and wines, "La Parilla" celebrating South American style grilled meat and "Truffle Festival" celebrating Italy and its Truffle festival with a candle lit dinner.



As far as other events are concerned Velassaru will arrange unique "Purely White" parties in April and October, Full Moon evenings every month, occasional complimentary wine tasting, and special wine dinners with guest chefs and sommeliers.
