NEW ONLINE RESOURCE FOR A LIFETIME OF HIGH PERFORMANCE
Performance in the Sweet Spot is a new online resource for encouragement, direction, and motivation successfully launched in January to a welcome audience. "The response has been quite literally overwhelming." said Founder, Chuck Quarles.

The company is a natural progression of Quarles passion for helping people. His love of sports led to a lifetime of working with adults and children in both recreational and competitive sports. "My goal was always to encourage others to be more than what they thought they could ever be." added Quarles. "However, I was concerned when I found a good number of the kids I coached had high levels of anxiety, signs of fear, and showed a disturbing sense of entitlement." Performance in the Sweet Spot is an avenue that hopes to reset those discouraging trends and raise goal orientation and personal levels of motivation for parents and children alike.
Endeavoring to turn the trend of negativism among young people around, Quarles uses the online medium to reach a broader audience. Hoping to influence parents the newly launched website offers podcasts both live and archived for visitors and subscribers who want to avail themselves of information from specialists in their fields such as Hara Estroff Marano, Editor at Large at Psychology Today, former Texas A&M Head Football Coach Jackie Sherrill, Shelterwood Program Director, Rujon Morrison and NFL champion Tony Collins to name a very few.
"Basically, our mission at Performance in the Sweet Spot is to help anyone who visits the site to develop their own personal coaching and parenting playbook." said Quarles. "Through the podcasts visitors will have the opportunity to listen and learn from respected leaders in both child and sports psychology, family counselors, published authors and distinguished coaches."
Additionally, Quarles and his wife Carolyn are certified Coach Couples for the Prepare-Enrich Program by Life Innovations, Inc. The program is designed to mentor couples in their marriage and relationships. Regular motivational blog posts authored by Chuck are available on the website tackling a myriad of timely issues facing families in America and abroad.
