WLC College collaborates with Coca-Cola for on-the-job training of the students
WLC College (WLCI), a premier business management institute has collaborated with Coca-Cola for traineeship purposes.

Recently, a WLC student, Rama Rao, has been placed at Coca-Cola as a TL Finance. This student will be working as a trainee and this traineeship will lead to final placement in the organization. A stipend of Rs. 8000 will be paid and he'll get a CTC of Rs. 4.5 lac p.a on completion of his traineeship.
WLC student Ram Rao has been entrusted with a bountiful of duties so as to make sure he becomes responsible and trained to perform his duties to perfection when he is absorbed in the organization after the completion of training. This particular student's job profile includes being responsible for Accounting of Plants and depots on a daily basis, discount monitoring as per discount policy, physical verification of stocks & book for FG, RMPM, Spares etc, co-ordination with PC for location issues, Distributor claim processing as per SLA , handling distributors issues etc. After completion of the training, the student will be equipped with relevant knowledge and skills to carry on his duties as full-time professional in this MNC.
WLC has partnered with over 400 companies for traineeship purposes and traineeship positions in each of these companies ranges from 2 to 10 in number. Thus, there are sufficient opportunities for every student of this business management institute to receive on-the-job training. Some of the partner traineeship organizations are Godrej appliances, Kotak Mahindra Finance, Ma Foi Consultants, IDBI, Morgan Stanley, Birla Sunlife AMC, Hindustan Cargo, Net core Solutions, Fountain Communications, J Walter Thompson India.
This training is provided to the students under the WLC College (WLCI) flagship traineeship program dubbed aptly as the Traineeship Advantage' where on-the-job training leads to several advantages of getting practical exposure, getting to know the corporate world and most importantly final placements in most of the cases. On joining the students are provided a list of the partner organizations where they can apply for traineeship. The Corporate services team of WLC College (WLCI) trains students for the interview process. After selection, the students work as trainees and get real job experience while working part time. Students get on average Rs. 8000 to Rs. 15000 as stipend while as part-time employees. By working from 12 noon to 6 in the evening at such reputed organization enable students to earn this substantial amount of stipend. This is substantial amount of stipend which enables students to pay up to 50% of their tuition fee. This training is gained simultaneously along with world class education received at WLC campuses. Thus, their management education consists of a healthy mix of theory and practical training.
Big organizations prefer to induct trained professionals so WLC students who have received on-the-job training get preference in final placements. WLCI students have got the best of job opportunities with such top organizations and many more companies where they get part-time work experience in a real job environment.
