Manassas Plumbers Agonize Over Difficult Building

Manassas plumbers are among the many workers despairing over a Warren County building which is proving difficult to certify.

London, United Kingdom (prHWY.com) March 25, 2013 - Manassas plumbers are among the contracted professionals currently facing fines over delays to a particularly difficult renovation project in Warren County, Northern Virginia. The new County Public Safety building should have been ready by December of 2011, but almost a year and a half later, there are still some snags standing in the way of its certification.

Even though the safety department has moved in last October, they continue to operate under a temporary occupancy permit, seeing as the building has not yet passed the necessary inspections. To speed up the process, and prevent even more fines from piling up, crews have been working on the building during the weekend, when it is deserted. Atmospheric conditions have not helped, delaying work to the outside, but a completion date of April 30 has been ventured by the contractors responsible for the project.
