Hinkley, CA (prHWY.com) July 23, 2013 - A massive lawsuit was just filed in the Superior Court against Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E).

Next Massive Lawsuits:
The People of Needles, The People of Topock and The People of Mojave Valley, are as well to sue PG&E. This time, all of these lawsuit are focusing not just on the Chromium 6, but on many other toxins discharged into ground that seeped into the ground waters, causing massive toxins plume, all from the PG&E's Compressors Stations.
The investigating Teams are focusing on testing, by undercover investigation, as many as 37 toxins, at the final resting place of such toxins, the sewage pits and fields. No naturally occurring Chromium was found in the sewage, thus there was no naturally occurring chromium 6. Concealing the facts and/or lying to the various local, State and Federal Agencies is deemed to be a felony.
Cover-up by PG&E and any agencies staff could lead to more severe punitive enforcement.
