Elsinore Technologies Releases ScreenConnect 2.1 and iOS App
iOS app allows ScreenConnect customers to access machines remotely and provide support

The new iOS application, which is free in the app store for all ScreenConnect customers, allows support technicians to utilize their iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch to offer first class remote support to their customers. Although it is not the first iOS application in the remote support industry, it is one of the few that does not require data to flow through a third party server. The ScreenConnect iOS client supports web access, remote reboot and connect, mouse/keyboard control, multiple monitor support, and adjustable quality settings.
Additional functionality in the 2.1 release includes the ability for the host to hear audio from the guest computer, optional selection of the entire desktop or individual monitor, improvements to file transfer, and many other additions that will enhance the technician's and customer's overall experience with the product.
