FY2010-11 Performance
* The Company posted a 28% rise in revenue at `138 crores as compared to `107 crores to last year
* Net profit during the year under review grew by 5% to `4.2 crores as compared to `4.04 crores in the last year
* EBITDA during the year under review increased by 26% to `24.96 crores as compared to `19.69 crores in the last year

Dividend
* The Board of Directors have recommended a dividend of 5% for the Financial Year 2010-11
* Interim Dividend of 5% was paid during the Second Quarter of the Financial Year 2010-11


Expansion Plan
The Company's expansion-cum-up gradation programme in Hydro Power Project facility is on-course as planned. 10 MW power project is located in Fegivade Village at the foot of existing Radhanagari Dam which has a Gross storage capacity of 236.79 Mcumhe power house is fully automated driven by Francise Turbines.
