So after Malaika Arora Khan as Munni and Katrina Kaif as Sheila and Deepika in Dum Maro Dum, it is now Shalu - the newest item girl in tinsel town. Shalu is none other than the hot and sexy, Mallika Sherawat who gyrates to the beat of Shalu Ke Thumkey from the Bollywood film, Bin Bulaaye Baraati which is a small budget comedy film. 'Shalu ke Thumkey' has been composed by Anand Raj Anand. The lyrics of the song say, 'Munni bhi maani aur Sheila bhi maani, Shalu ke thumke ki duniya deewani' which is direct take on previous hit Bollywood item numbers.

Bollywood choreographer, Ganesh Acharya has cone a brilliant job choreographing the number which has patented steps from Munni Badnam Hui and Sheela ki Jawani. Says a source, the rip off was essential, since the song mentions Munni and Sheila both. Shalu ke Thumkey is set in a road side dhaba which was specially erected for the song in Yash Raj studios. Mallika will be seen in a jazzy choli and a short skirt with Rajansthani embroidery and sequin work. The entire cast of the film is a part of the playful number. According to the film's producer, the item song is so peppy that it will make the audience forget the likes of Sheila and Munni. The promos of the song are out and Mallika sure looks enticing in her new act. Mallika's short skirt is an all time low in Bollywood!! Will Shalu ke Thumkey set new standards??
