Foundation Financial Group employees volunteer for Must Ministries

Employees help serve food, raise money for metro Atlanta homeless

Atlanata, GA (prHWY.com) July 19, 2011 - At one time in Atlanta, homelessness was viewed specifically as a problem of the city's urban core. Today, however, it's believed there are thousands of homeless men, women and children living in the city's surrounding metro area. Moreover, there seems to be a shortage of services to give them help.

Foundation Financial Group employees pitched in to help serve food to the area's homeless on the July Fourth holiday weekend. Employees dished up meals on Saturday, July 2, and made a donation to Must Ministries.

"It's a problem we realize we can help to lessen," said Ray Drohan, senior vice president and division general manager of Foundation Financial Group's Atlanta center. "We honor the mission of Must Ministries as it strives to help the less fortunate in the Atlanta area."

Founded in 1971, Must Ministries provides food, clothing and workforce training assistance to families and children in the Marietta, Smyrna, Canton and Cherokee counties.
