San Diego, CA (prHWY.com) August 4, 2011 - La Jolla, CA - August 2, 2011 - The Luxury Homes Group has placed a bounty on an extravagant, 15.9 million dollar La Jolla Estate. Up to 1 million dollars will be paid as a finder's fee to anyone bringing the highest bidder that closes on the property.

To receive the million bucks, the buyer must pay full price and close escrow. Less than full price brings a lesser bounty.

The La Jolla home itself is worth the invitation to come and take a free tour. With stunning ocean and coastal views, The 6 bedroom, 8,232 square foot home was designed around high-end art and antiques. It boasts wrought iron railings/fixtures from Jayne Mansfield's estate, antique furniture, early 20th century tapestries, oil paintings on elevator walls, & many wood statures & stone sculptures. Iron artwork & wine room door are from Esther Williams' estate and there's an antique Mantle piece from George Washington's home.

In addition to a fantastic opportunity for anyone to change their financial situation by adding zeros to their financial statement, there's a human interest side of the story. Through the sale of this home, the Luxury Homes Group is expecting to write two six-figure checks, one to each of two deserving charities: Fueled by The Fallen www.fueledbythefallen.org and Passion 4 K.I.D.S. www.passion4kids.com

Fueled by The Fallen is headed up by Kevyn Major Howard, co-star of the film "Full Metal Jacket." They support our nation's fallen and wounded heroes and their families, which includes our armed forces, firefighters and police men and women.

Passion 4 K.I.D.S. supports kids in desperate situations. Through this event, they will support "San Diego's Baby," Baby Izaiah. On October 18, 2010, an Oceanside toddler, Izaiah Wallis, was being pushed in his stroller on the sidewalk by his grandfather on the way to the park when he was struck by a 17-year-old, drunk driver leaving him partially blind and paralyzed from the chest down, breathing through a tracheotomy and a ventilator.

Additionally, a silent auction will be held on site with 100% of proceeds going to charity. Auction items will be on display in the La Jolla Village (location TBA - Contact below for update). Local San Diego sponsors and other businesses will also showcase a multitude of items available for purchase and a celebrity dinner is being planned, all in support of charity.

This exquisite home can be viewed and bids accepted during the weekend of:
Saturday and Sunday, August 6th and 7th -- 12:00pm to 4:00pm
All parties interested in viewing or bidding on the property must call: 858-429-4450
