HOUSTON SELECTED TO HOST NATIONAL FUNDRAISING SCHOOL

Nationally acclaimed Smart Dog School of Fundraising selects Houston, TX to host one day fundraising workshop as part of its 2011 18-city workshop tour

Houston, TX (prHWY.com) August 16, 2011 - Houston, TX has been selected as the only city in the state to host the nationally acclaimed Smart Dog School of Fundraising workshop for animal shelter professionals in 2011. The workshop will be held at the Holiday Inn Express located at 8730 Gulf Freeway in Houston on Monday, October 3. The workshop is being presented by fundraising experts from Animal Shelter Fundraising LLC, an Arizona-based fundraising and marketing company that specializes in animal welfare. The company delivers fundraising workshops across the country and, last year, completed a 18-city fundraising workshop tour of the United States, including a sold Dallas workshop in March 2010. The one-day workshop expects to attract two dozen animal welfare professionals from Houston and surrounding counties to learn valuable fundraising skills from industry experts.
