Chappaqua Live Rock Festival and Fundraiser Planned for September 19th

If you're into live rock n' roll music and supporting your community, The Chappaqua Outdoor Rock Fest 2011 is the place to be September 19th. Organized By Janet Angier of Chappaqua Rocks, this event is bound to Rock Out!

Chappaqua, NC (prHWY.com) August 19, 2011 - Chappaqua Rocks, a division of Music in Chappaqua is hosting a live music event in Chappaqua NY on September 17, 2011 from 2-6pm. The stage is set right on the Gazebo next to the Chappaqua Town Hall, and there is a $5 Admission fee. All proceeds go directly as a fundraiser to the Town of Chappaqua as a way to give back to the community.

Chappaqua Rocks has a mission to bring today's youth closer to the community through the artistic expression of music. Their goal is to provide a place where students can find a place to connect with themselves and others, and have an enriching activity to look forward to after school. Friendships made here can last a lifetime!

The performers of the bands in this Outdoor Rock Festival in Westchester are students and faculty of Chappaqua Rocks, as well as a special performance by Dave Bickler. Dave Bickler is the grammy award winning singer of the song "Eye of the Tiger" by the group Survivor. Dave also offers his mentoring services to the students of Chappaqua Rocks.
