Bank of America grants Loan Modifications after Lender Lawsuit Litigation filed
CPAC (DE) Non Profit Law Clinic secures much needed relief to rejected BofA Homeowners who resorted to Lender Litigation Lawsuits before getting wrongfully foreclosed upon.

Mrs. Jackson states she asked BofA for help over two years ago and was promised a loan modification. She heard that scenario several times yet never received the loan modification from BofA!
The last attempt to get a BofA loan modification lasted eight frustrating months with faxing and filling out the same forms over and over again to get the loan modification she not only qualified for, but so desperately needed.
After eight months of being told she was "qualified' for the loan modification that was in route, what she received instead on July 7th was a Notice of Trustee Sale. Her house was scheduled to be sold at Auction on July 28th. Go figure!
Mrs. Jackson asked "Should I sue Bank of America; do I let them foreclose on my home or should I just file for Bankruptcy Protection?" CPAC (DE) Non Profit Law Clinic explained the benefits and disadvantages of filing for Bankruptcy to her versus what to expect if she allowed BofA to foreclose.
CPAC (DE), which is a Non Profit Law Clinic helping families avoid Homelessness due to Lender Fraud provided a free HAMP Loan Modification (www.freehomeloanmod.org) approval simulator and for the first time she was able to see exactly what the final loan modification should look like for her, what her balance would be, what her payments would be for 5, 6, 7 and 8 years from now. Seem significant?
CPAC also provided a completely free Lender Fraud and Violation Analysis Report from the Non Profit Law Clinic showing multiple 'alleged' State and Federal Law Violations.
On July 27th, the day before her scheduled Trustee Sale, CPAC Non Profit Law Clinic filed a Lender Litigation Lawsuit in Superior Court Case # KC059248 Jackson vs Bank of America et.al.
Bank of America has since granted Mrs. Jackson a Loan Modification that was signed, notarized, and returned to BofA by CPAC (DE).
Mrs. Griffin experienced a similar situation of frustration and what appeared to Mrs. Griffin as false promises then finally the rejection by Bank of America of the Loan Modification at the 11th hour. CPAC Non Profit filed Civil Case # CV10-06058 DMG in Federal Court where Mrs. Griffin was a named Plaintiff against BofA on her investment home in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mrs. Griffin has since received a Permanent Loan Modification from BofA as well.
