Mumbai, India (prHWY.com) September 7, 2011 - 'Agneepath' is a remake of the 1990 film of the same name. The film has Hrithik Roshan, Sanjay Dutt and Priyanka Chopra in the lead roles. The film is produced under the banner of Dharma Productions and is directred by Karan Malhotra. Hrithik Roshan will reprise Amitabh Bachchan' role of Vijay Dinanath Chauhan while Sanjay Dutt will play Kancha Cheena. Mithun Chakravarty's unforgettable character has been done away with in the remake. The film also has veteran actor Rishi Kapoor in a negative role. Zarina Wahab will be portaying the role of Hrithik's mother.

Agneepath has been grabbing eye balls much before its release. The film created a record when it received more than 6,05,000 hits on the internet in less than forty eight hours of it being posted on the Dharma Productions' page on youtube alone. The trailor of the film was released with Salman Khan's Bodyguard. . This is the first time a movie trailor got so many hits on just one site. Audiences simply loved Sanjay Dutt's look in the film and Hrithik's intense performance was also much appreciated. Agneepath is one of the most awaited films of 2012.
Hrithik Roshan's look in the film was revealed some time ago by Karan Johar in which The first look of the movie saw Hrithik wearing a red vest, jeans and a bandana, which Govinda Mahautsav written on it. He is seen covered in red colour from what seems like a Dahi Handi sequence and is running, with his rippling muscles there for all to see. Hrithik has worked very hard to get his muscular look in the film. Sanjay Dutt too has shaven his head thrice to get his 'Kancha Cheena' look right! Another high point of the film will be an item song by the Katrina Kaif with Sanjay Dutt which will be composed by Marathi brothers Atul and Ajay Gogavale of Singham fame.
