Mumbai, India (prHWY.com) September 16, 2011 - Inspired by Facebook Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge, is a take on the new age virtual relationships. Millions of people meet and get hooked with the help of social networking sites. The film primarily revolves around four college going youngsters. Vishal (Saqib Saleem) does not have any girls in life, while Preity (Saba Azad) is crazy about Rahul (Nishant Dahiya) who is a rockstar. Both Vishal and Preity take the help of a popular social networking site to pursue and woo the people they love, Malvika (Tara D'Souza) and Rahul. But here lies the twist in the story! Are Rahul and Malvika really what they are as they project themselves online or are they people that Vishal and Preity would actually abhor. The relationships shown in the film are truly complex and complicated.

Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge is directed by Nupur Asthana and marks the debuts of all the four lead characters. Ashish Patil is the producer of the film under the banner of Y-Films, the youth wing of Yash Raj Films. Raghu Dixit has composed the music for the film while Anvita Dutt Guptan has written the lyrics and the dialogues of the film. The film will be in theatres on 14th October.
