WARNER POWER ANNOUNCES NEW DIRECTOR OF QUALITY ASSURANCE

We are pleased to announce that Kathleen Betz has joined Warner Power as the Director of Quality Assurance.

Warner, NH (prHWY.com) September 29, 2011 - WARNER, New Hampshire - We are pleased to announce that Kathleen Betz has joined Warner Power as the Director of Quality Assurance.

Kathleen has extensive manufacturing knowledge and a strong background in implementing quality system improvements. Her most recent position was Quality and CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) Deployment Manager at Mercer Engineering Research Center. Kathleen's career also includes co-authoring the "Certified Quality Process Analyst Handbook" for ASQ Quality Press. Additionally, she held a range of positions at various sites within General Motors Corporation such as Quality Systems Engineer, Process Control Manager and Quality Launch Manager. Kathleen has also served with the United States Air Force as Captain, Acquisition Project Officer.

Receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Lowell, Kathleen also holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton. She maintains her certification for Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence through the American Society of Quality. She also has certificates of achievements in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO 9000 Lead Auditor Certificate and QS9000 Certified Internal Auditor.

Kathleen will be a member of the executive team reporting to the CEO, Ed Randall, and will be the company's quality management representative for ISO 9001. We look forward to Kathleen's contributions in the areas of improving overall Cost of Quality and directing initiatives to better control product quality, reliability and safety.

Kathleen enjoys running, kayaking, tennis and camping with her husband, Kevin, and their four children.
