Lancashire, CO (prHWY.com) September 30, 2011 - Orvia is currently working to towards becoming an accredited provider of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). Once successful, Orvia will be in a position to deliver leadership and management qualifications in addition to specialising in coaching and mentoring qualifications up to level 5 commencing in October 2011.

Due to the different levels of qualification available they are not just aimed at business owners or senior management but are the perfect stepping stone for team leaders and middle managers who are looking to develop their career.
