RWC's new procedures give top writers freedom; ensure quality

At RWC, top writers get autonomy in selecting orders via new procedural changes and system updates, which also ensure quality and timeliness for clients

The response has been positive, which is gratifying for our IT staff and our Quality Assurance folks as well. These changes will offer more freedom and autonomy for writers. They will also provide more functionality. The RWC staff are delighted that our writers are happy with the results of many months of work and preparation.
At RWC, we depend on our online system to connect writers, Support staff, and clients. Our work assignment process occurs online, as does all follow-up communication with staff and customers, after order allocation.
Thus, we devote a great deal of interest to ensuring that our online system functions well, and reliably. We also aim for congruency between our operating procedures and policies, and our online system.
