Results, the 24 Hour Gym and the Salvation Army Angel Tree program team up to help Sacramento trim down after Turkey Day while donating a Christmas toy to a needy child.
Sacramento, California, November 18, 2011, Fitness Center Results, the 24 Hour Gym and the Salvation Army Angel Tree Program team up to help Sacramento trim down after Turkey Day while donating a Christmas toy to a needy child. The 24 hour gym will be hosting free Sacramento Zumba classes, Sacramento Bootcamp training sessions and free Turbo Kick Boxing classes to anyone who delivers a Christmas toy to the gym on November 25th.
This is the fifth year in a row in which the Salvation Army and the Results 24 Gym team up to help people overcome the coma of eating too much on Thanksgiving while getting in shape and helping children in the Sacramento Gym area with toys for Christmas. Black Friday is famous because it kicks-off the holiday shopping season every year, but Results 24 Gym wants to help Black Friday become synonymous with getting a good workout and doing a good deed.
The Salvation Army Angel Tree program provides Christmas toys to thousands of low-income children in Sacramento each year. The program is unique in that it partners with local businesses every year to offer special discounts or free services for anyone that donates a toy.
The staff at the Results 24 Hour Gym deeply understands that it takes thousands of volunteers to make Christmas special for our community's children each year which is why the gym jumped at the chance to help the Salvation Army and the community again this year. Results 24 Hour Gym wants to help Sacramento get and stay fit so it routinely offers special discounts on personal training and free classes to raise awareness for the business.
