She turned to the profession in 2009 after working as an office employee for a time and is now eager to qualify as a plumber, reported the Eastern Daily Press.
"I'm thrilled to be given this award. I really enjoy my work and my colleagues have been so helpful and supportive since I began my apprenticeship," the 26-year-old from Kings Lynn told the publication.
Currently, she works with Freebridge Community Housing and the company's executive director of operations Abigail Ellis lauded Ms Lee's work ethic and commitment.
This week, a college in Cambridge encouraged more female workers to get into the plumbing, decorating, carpentry and building industry by holding a ladies' day for Year 10 girls, reported Cambridge News.
